DESCRIPTION:Patrick  O’Keeffe’s Curious Book was discovered in the archives of the Scituate Historical Society a little more than two years ago. Penned between 1815 and 1855\, this tiny volume revealed itself to be a mysterious repository of Irish Heritage.  Exuberantly handwritten in Irish and English\, the book includes poetry\, folktales\, and lore. Join the Scituate Historical Society and Eire Society of Boston to view this treasure and to hear Brian Frykenberg’s intriguing findings. Light refreshments will be served.
