Join local yogi Jen Murphy for a beach yoga flow in honor of the 4th of July celebrations.. Meet at Minot Beach (parking on road or in the Town lot – with sticker). No need to preregister, just arrive with towel or mat. Jen accepts cash or venmo on site.
