The Town of Scituate, together with Scituate FACTS, South Shore Peer Recovery and Scituate Clergy, invite community members to the 8th Annual Overdose Awareness Vigil at sunrise on Thursday, August 31st.  Each year, we gather to mourn and to remember loved ones lost to overdoses and to acknowledge first responders, treatment providers, community groups, and recovery advocates.

Blankets will be arranged but you may wish to bring your own towel, blanket, or beach chair.

Free and confidential narcan available through South Shore Peer Recovery, as well as grief support resources.

Service will be led by Pastor Chris Longman af HUMC and Priest Natasha Stewart of St. Luke’s. Music by Birch Swart.
