Join the Scituate Sister City’s Second feature film showing. A great time to see a good film and learn a bit more about the Cape Verdean culture and experience. This feature documentary tells the untold tragedy and scandal of what happened to a vibrant community of immigrants from Cape Verde Islands in the Fox Point section of Providence, RI.  The residents were forcibly displaced by urban renewal to make way for coffee shops, antique stores, and elegantly restored homes. $10 donation (students free and family friendly 10+).
