Join local yogi extraordinaire Jen Murphy for a yoga flow class on the beach. How lucky it's possible this late in the year! No sign-up necessary, just bring a mat or towel and $$ for the class. Also, no sticker needed to park in the town lot!

A classic SHCA/Humarock event. July 4th morning at 10 AM. Kids from 3 (and under!) to 16+. Meet at the Julian Street beach entrance, anywhere we can find an open patch of sand! Races, sack races, 3-legged, wheelbarrows and the kicker...the ultimate tug of war!!
