Scituate Heritage Days 2026

The annual three day event will begin on Friday evening with the harbor boat parade and luminaria! On Saturday and Sunday, vendors and food trucks will fill the harbor streets, a huge beer garden will be on Cole Parkway, and local and regional bands will provide non-stop entertainment.

Boat Parade and Luminaria

The annual kick-off activity for Scituate's Heritage Days begins with a boat parade in the harbor. Participants are encouraged to decorate and light up their vessels. Time Capsule Opening: The Harbor United Methodist Church

As part of the Heritage Days and Harbor Methodist Church's 200th Anniversary celebration, members will be opening a historic time capsule during the 10:30am worship service. Join them and be part of this historic event. The capsule was placed in the sanctuary wall in May of 1986 with the intention of opening in 2026.
