The Coast Guard and Harbormaster will escort American Legion organizers for the Annual wreath tossing ceremony to honor those lost at sea, including a rifle salute. Other boats are welcome to join the flotilla and witness the ceremony. Departing from the town marina at 8:30am
Join veterans and their families for the annual installation of the wreaths at Lawson Park and nearby Cudworth Park. The post spends over $4500 on these wreaths and will gladly accept donations toward the cost. Checks can be sent to Scituate American Legion, PO Box 577, Scituate, MA 02066. The Scituate American Legion invites all Scituate veterans and a guest to join them on November 11th at the Scituate Senior Center for a complimentary turkey luncheon. Reservations are required.
