The annual memorial day parade will step off from Town Hall at 10am and proceed down First Parish Road to Lawson Common. The ceremony will begin at 11:15am. In the event of inclement weather, only the ceremony will be held at the Scituate Council on Aging Building at 11am. There is handicap parking available at the east end of the Common and on site.

This year’s key note speaker is the honorable Cathy Kang, CDR, USCG Ret. The program will include participation by Scituate Pack 7 and BSA Scouts Troop 7, a performance by the Gates Intermediate School Band, and the Scituate High School Band. The flag ceremony will be conducted by the American Legion Post #144 and Veteran’s of Foreign Wars Post 3169
