Polls will be open all day at Scituate High School in the gym for registered voters to cast their vote on whether or not to support the construction of a new South Shore Vocational Technical High School. Scituate is one of nine communities who send students to the facilities and will be, if approved by the majority of the communities, responsible for paying for it’s share (based on student attendance ratios) of the construction cost. This vote is the first step. If approved by the majority of communities, another vote on funding structure will come in the future.
