MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT THE FLU VACCINE CLINIC.
***Do not attend the flu clinic if you are not feeling well or have any of the following symptoms: FEVER,CHILLS, MUSCLE ACHES, FATIGUE, SORE THROAT, CONGESTION OR RUNNY NOSE, COUGH, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, NAUSEA OR VOMITING, OR DIARRHEA.
