The tomatoes are San Marzano which are grown in the volcanic ash of Mt. Vesuvius which are shipped directly to CP’s. Hand julienned Bel Gioioso’s mozzarella cheese is weighted for the exact amount for the perfect melt in their beehive brick oven.
