The town of Scituate is easily accessible by car coming from the North or South traveling on route 3A. From the West, Route 123 brings you through Norwell to Scituate. Scituate is also connected to the MBTA. The town has two stations, North Scituate and Greenbush, which is the final destination of the Greenbush line. The town of Scituate offers a public bus transportation, the SLOOP. This transportation service, provided through the Greater Attleboro Taunton Regional Transit Authority (GATRA), was launched in July 2015 and has become quite successful in Scituate. The Scituate Loop bus operates daily, traveling between the Library Community Center and Lincoln Park. Stops include Greenbush MBTA, North Scituate Plaza, and Wheeler Park. Regular fares are $1.50 and $0.75 for students and seniors, children (6 and under with adult) are free.
