Meet Salt: A life size, 43-foot long inflatable humpback whale, courtesy of the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary.
In conjunction with the Heritage Days Open House on August 3, Stellwagen volunteers will walk you through Salt and offer information on whale biology and behavior. Other museum exhibits, photo spot and interactive displays are available that day.
An airlock provides a safe way for participants in wheelchairs or who need assistance to enter Salt.
Free Parking onsite and at the MBTA Driftway lot.
