The Friends of the Scituate Town Library invite you to a half-price sale of gently-used nonfiction in the bookstore located on the lower level of the library at 85 Branch St. The sale will continue April 13.  Hardcovers will be $2, paperbacks 50 cents. The bookstore is open from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.  The nonfiction collection is extensive, including history, biography, sports, cookbooks, gardening, art, travel, and much more.  The bookstore also has a great collection of fiction, children’s and young adult books, CDs, DVDs, and vintage books at regular prices, most ranging from 50 cents to $2.  Proceeds provide funding for library programs, museum passes, and special events.
