Luke Chase & Friends Concert
As a native of Scituate, Massachusetts, folk/rock performer Luke Chase commits to making “catchy songs that are inspired by the natural beauty of the coastal area.” He and his band will make their return, performing at River Club Music Hall on March 15.
Their set list will have originals, including two new singles called “Date Night” and “Lost & Found.” The band will also cover music from songwriting legends like Tom Petty, Dave Matthews, John Mayer, and Ray LaMontagne.
Rebels, a Tom Petty Tribute Concert
Sadly, we lost the Rock and Roll great Tom Petty in 2017. Honor his legacy by attending Rebels, a Tom Petty Tribute concert on March 22. The Rebels is a band that refuses to follow the stereotypes of a normal tribute band. Instead, they use their years of musical experience to perform the songs of Tom Petty in an authentic way true to them.
The concert will include songs from Petty’s full catalog. Do you love the classics like “Free Fallin’” and “I Won’t Back Down” or are you interested in hearing underrated hits like “Wildflowers” or “Full Moon Fever?” Check out the concert and find out.
The doors will open at 7 pm, and the concert will begin at 8 pm.
Sugar Mountain, a Neil Young Tribute Concert
On April 5 at the River Club Music Hall, the Neil Young Tribute band Sugar Mountain will play the catalog of singer/songwriter Neil Young. This tribute band combines the talents of John Hathaway (lead vocals, electric guitar, harmonica), Tom Delaney (acoustic and electric guitars, pedal steel, vocals), Luke Liddy (keyboards, vocals), Walter Super (Bass guitar, vocals), and John Tornham (drums, percussion).
Neil Young was a trailblazer in using his songs as political protest. His career spans five decades which includes his time in the band Buffalo Springfield, the super music group Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young, garage band Crazy Horse, and solo music in the folk, country, electric, hard rock, and rockabilly genres.
Sugar Mountain captures the essence of Neil Young’s work while adding their spin to the music. They will cover the best-known songs, hits, and deep cuts. Doors open at 7 pm, while the show begins at 8 pm.
